Bucks County Residence

A historic 18th century property nestled among mature woodlands was carefully expanded with a new addition nearly doubling the original footprint.  The addition was thoughtfully stepped with the grade and utilized several levels of new stone walls, steps, and walkways resulting in a timeless transformation fitting the history of the property.  The rear yard and former swimming pool was transformed into a terraced lawn with massive new circular stone walls setting up the framework for the owners love of roses and gardening.  Finally, a new creek  with waterfalls was developed along the interface with the terraced lawn and the woods that empties into a newly renovated koi pond.
