Angie has been with the firm since 2013 starting originally as office manager. Years later, after being inspired by the design world, she made the decision to go back to school at Northampton Community College. She graduated with honors from the Interior Design Associate’s Degree program where she quickly became proficient at 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Since stepping into the role of Design Technician, Angie has found her passion in creating lifelike 3D models and renderings, which has become an essential design tool and integral part of our design process. Angie continues to manage the day-to-day operations and is instrumental in keeping up with necessary documentation, communications, and general organization.

Shawn A. Student

Shawn is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown, PA, where he received an Associate's degree in Mechanical and Architectural Drafting, Design, and CAD Technology. While attending the final semester of classes, Shawn qualified for the Top Gun internship program, which allowed him to complete his degree requirements through full-time employment at Brown Design Corp.
With the firm since 2007, Shawn has evolved to oversee and manage all technical production of design and documentation, including site design, layout, grading, stormwater, site lighting, and construction details. He maintains impeccable organization on projects and ensures all parties involved are kept up-to-date with the latest and most current design, revisions, and construction information.

Angelica Finelli

Angelica is a graduate of Temple University, where she received a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture. Following graduation, Angelica was employed at Carter Van Dyke Associates in Doylestown where she assisted on all phases of projects from schematic design to construction documents. After 3 years she transitioned to Main Line area where she served for 8 years as Landscape Designer and Supervisor for Cramer Design Associates. In this capacity she developed superior knowledge of plant materials and planting design strategies of our region.
With the firm since 2018, Angelica has become our resident “Horticulturist” and manages the planting design associated with all projects. Her passion for native planting and place-based design decisions help create sensible landscapes that are as equally attractive as they are sustainable.

Mr. Brown is a former sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of Temple University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture. Temple University’s diverse curriculum included a strong emphasis on the understanding of native plant communities and natural systems. This area of study was then heavily applied to the development of sustainable built environments. Following graduation, Mr. Brown was employed by Architerra, PC and quickly grew to become an Associate Project Manager.
With the creation of Brown Design Corp in 1999, Mr. Brown has dedicated himself and committed his staff to providing the highest level of client understanding, service, and professionalism within the realm of creating thoughtful, sensible, and attractive outdoor spaces.
Mr. Brown is an avid volunteer. When not working to enrich the built environment, he can be found helping his community with historic preservation, tree planting, as well as serving on various boards and commissions.
